Delivery

All Prices listed on the site are exclusive of delivery.

Currently we only deliver to the UK Mainland. However, we will be delivering within Europe in the very near future.

If you urgently require a delivery outside of the UK, contact us immediately and we will advise you of the necessary charges.

Your order will be sent by our nominated carrier. A signature will be required on delivery.

Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday (ex Bank Holidays).

You can change your mind and cancel your order within seven working days. This is the law as dictated by the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you do decide to cancel, please contact us immediately by e-mail within this time-frame.

Any returned goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc and must be in unused condition.

Any refund will exclude the original delivery and returns charge.

If your product is faulty or damaged, contact us within three days of delivery to organise any return or replacement.

Mistakes

In the event off a mistake being made with a receipt or delivery, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

Information

We only use the information you provide to process your order and provide you with a great shopping experience and product.

We will not trade, sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
